It's not that difficult to figure out where's he's at.

So if you're at the Westchester County Correctional Center you're not considered to be in BOP custody?

As it was explained to me: When at Valhalla in Westchester, a state facility that rents to feds, they show up as "not in bop custody." It also shows up as that status when in transit to a new facility as inmate is technically in marshal custody till designated.

My mistake I didn't see this post which basically said same thing as mine did
