DeSantis is the acting boss, Dellorusso acting underboss (but with Crea convicted probably official underboss) and DeSimone representing the Bronx faction as consigliere.

Salvatore Avellino. He was released from prison in 2006. I'm sure I read somewhere that he's been living in Florida and is retired.

Yes Avellino. That's be the smart thing. He got extremely lucky he wasn't killed in the whole Amuso casso era esp being so close.

Why would it be ridiculous? These guys almost all go until they're dead. Look up and down Pogo's members list and you'll see age ain't nothing but a number when it comes to them. It's a lifestyle they live not a job they have. He didn’t actually mention froggy by name but he mentioned his father who was involved in the McBratney shooting with Gotti and was later killed. Once he said that it was apparent who he was talking about.
