Thanks for posting the video homestate.
I thought Joey Merlino made Ralph Natale
when they got out of prison, then Ralph
made himself boss, and Joey UB. The
thought of Carlo Gambino and Angelo Bruno
making Ralph Natale is not believable.
Interesting photo of Hoffa and Natale. He was telling the truth about that at least.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.
I saw a copy yesterday in the used book store's true crime section. Almost bought it out of morbid curiosity but I don't have the time or money to waste right now. I should have jotted down the URL to the LCNBios post inside the cover.

Most important, that you should know about his book; He claimed, that he, turchi and his associates tortured Caponigro
I don't remember him making that claim in his book. I know he made the ridiculous Gambino claim but surely McShane wouldn't allow him to lie about something as easily debunkable as to claim that he was involved in the Caponigro hit. He was already behind bars by the time that happened.

Did you look at the pictures? Has a nice photo of Felix Bocchino in it if memory serves (not the one we already have; he is standing at a bar or something).

According to JD's latest blog post on Natale, Natale threatened to kill Turchi via Steve Mazzone if Turchi followed through and tried to become boss. So not even Natale was vouching for Turchi in the 90s/shortly before Turchi's death.
"I said you tell Ronnie, and anybody that's with him, when I come home, if he tries to do that, I'll kill him and anybody around him."
What you're alluding happened in '94, Turchi was back in Natale's good graces after that.
Thanks, didn't know that. I don't think a date is mentioned in the blog post.
