Wonder if he snitched on the bikers he was the liaison to--or whether he was more loyal to them.

From what I've seen, he spoke in generalities at most when it came to active crimes. Most of what he shared was on the history, structure, and of course his opinions. We don't know if he continued giving information during the 1970s/80s when he was on the street either.
