Being this came from Gravano, I took JG to be Joe Gambino (Giuseppe Gambino from the indictment) and SG to be Sal Gambino (actually Sal Spatola who everybody called Sally Gambino because he was Joe's nephew)
Cheech was as previously mentioned Frank Versaglio...but he was living in Palermo in the early 80's in Borgo Nuovo. He was a pretty Americanized guy despite being a zip.

I believe JG = John Gotti and SG = Sammy Gravano, as Gravano has told a story elsewhere (possibly his book, I can't remember exactly) about John Gotti asking him (Sammy) to contact Pat Conte and ask why he wasn't giving him the same kind of money he used to give Castellano, with the implication being that Gotti wanted Conte to resume kicking up drug profits. In that story he specifically says that Conte used to give Castellano a brand new car every year, so he asked Conte why he wasn't giving a car to Gotti as well. This seems to match up with the notes above.
