Re: Mancuso released
Spirito wasn't violated even though they had the evidence of him violating his supervised release. He's free and clear now.

My only guess is the feds fucking with the family. Every wiseguy in the city would be asking the same question.

Re: Mancuso released
I don’t think he violates. He kind of had to show his face when he first got out. He was boss for quite a few years, but never when he wasn’t locked up. Now that he has solidified his position, I think he is more careful.

Possibly, but for what? He's barely out, what could he have done?TommyGambino wrote: ↑Sat Aug 03, 2024 1:38 pmMy guess is they are already building a case against himSonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Sat Aug 03, 2024 11:27 am My only guess is the feds fucking with the family. They can build a case for years. They want a boss on more than just a probation violation.SonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Sun Aug 04, 2024 9:10 amPossibly, but for what? Re: Mancuso released
wasn't joe spirit on his very end of parole maybe they gave him a pass
Re: Mancuso released
Mancuso was too. It was literally the last day of his supervised release when he got violated.
In Mancuso's parole violation hearing his parole officer said the government was pressuring him to violate him. Mancuso and Spirito had the some parole officer too. The feds had some investigations up and were considering moving forward with them against Mancuso. His PO was giving Mancuso quite a but of leeway with accidently running into guys like Spirito, Aiello, and Uvino.

Get him off the street for a year or two while they build something bigger. I'm certain that every single LCN boss has a pending case against them, but whether or not it comes to an indictment before they die is up in the air.SonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Sun Aug 04, 2024 10:56 amBut then why nab Mancuso?Snakes wrote: ↑Sun Aug 04, 2024 9:39 amThey can build a case for years. Re: Mancuso released
Well said. The Feds won’t drop the case until they feel that it’s strong enough. Out of all the bosses, Mancuso seems to be the most hands on, so I think the indictment will come sooner rather than later.Snakes wrote: ↑Sun Aug 04, 2024 2:26 pmGet him off the street for a year or two while they build something bigger.
