Don't have time to read it yet, but thank you for sharing, WG.
Great photos and interesting captions. Paul C identified as a caporegime, not boss of the Gambinos. Speculation about Long John being Bruno's boss or chaffeur? Haha.

Yeah back in 1976 and 77 the papers had Neil Dellacroce as Boss of the Gambinos. It is interesting how the Feds didn't share their info with the press back then like they do today.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

I knew about Dellacroce being mentioned as boss, but this is the first time I've seen Castellano mentioned specifically as a capo.Pogo The Clown wrote:B. wrote:Paul C identified as a caporegime, not boss of the Gambinos. Speculation about Long John being Bruno's boss or chaffeur? Haha.

Bruno's boss Long John Martirano and his successor Frankie Flowers, though... the media was really clueless about Philly.
