I've heard something about Lancelotti having an uncle who was an associate but can't confirm it. In Angelina's case, I think it was purely because of how close he was to Joey Merlino.

People who say Mike Lance is a rat are just jealous they aren't him. That was a drunken fight he got into with his girlfriend/wife at, I believe, the Jersey Shore. That was his famous mugshot where he was all scratched up.

Merlino and others we're there but nobody stepped in. He was drunk and worked her over pretty good including breaking her nose. He was charged with assault and released with no bail.
