John Gotti’s grandson dodges prison over illegal scrapyard

This “Growing Up Gotti” alum appears to have a touch of Teflon. Carmine Gotti Agnello Jr., grandson of the late Dapper Don, John Gotti, dodged prison time Wednesday by copping a plea deal for operating an illegal scrapyard. Queens criminal court Judge Gia Morris agreed to reduce charges against the 32-year-old scion of the late Gambino boss, to a misdemeanor in exchange for a $1,000 fine and a forfeiture of $4,605 in ill-gotten gains.

“Do you acknowledge that you…operated a salvage pool that was not registered with the appropriate authorities?” Morris asked.
“Yes,” said Agnello, his hair tied back in a bun.
Enough reason to lock him up if you ask me.

The mma fighter is John Gotti jrs son.... these 3 are his cousins.. Victoria and agnellos sons, who were on the show. John, Frankie and carmine...

They seem to run multiple scrap yards in queens..would assume their father let them take over... probably make good money off that...

Damn got off so easy... slap on the wrist and a super cheap fine.

Yeah you’re right, Peters son John who’s doing the bid for selling the blues right now for sure was the one out of all the grandchildren who was the most in the streets... I mean he’s the only one who really grew up and stayed around the Howard beach/ozone park area..

yup he was fairly heavy in the blues. still curious to know if he was moving real pills, or fent presses. the quantity would tell me presses, but the indictment/bust 'just' said oxycodone. in this day and age with the laws and shit, that type of quantity, even for a ring of people to come by, is hard to find. surprised a doctor wasnt taken down along with them.

dunno what it is about that neighborhood. full of retired detectives and figher fighters, and contractors and shit. its not the type of place where you'd walk outside and find kids hanging out waiting to get into trouble...its got a suburban vibe for sure. seems like there will never be a shortage of shithead kids trying to get involved out there. the latest "gambino indictment" is ridiculous and embarassing

Nah shockingly the 30s he was moving were fully legit... not fent pressed garbage... to find a connection like that these days is getting more and more impossible as the years go on... the big connects like that are never docs... cause in order to push out that quantity (he was bragging about selling 4-5000 tablets monthly) the doctor would have to write so many scripts that he would get red flagged and black listed by the dea in no time....
from second hand personal experience... I’ve known 2 people who were able to get more than what this Gotti kid was moving.. one got bagged and did some time and hung up the pharmaceutical game and now runs card games... the other guy is still going strong even though he’s literally been arrested like 12 times for possession and sales... anyway both of them both had similar sources to how they had access to so fucking many highly regulated pills...they both have multiple connects but it was always usually 1 of 2 things.. either they had friends or family members who owned pharmacies and they somehow figured out how to order thousands extra and somehow fudge the books so the dea isn’t on their ass instantly. I don’t know how they do that cause my cool ass laid back mom and pop pharm that I go to and fill my 30s,somas,bars, and Adderall. Well anyways one month she accidentally counted wrong and gave my friend like 3 extra perc 30s and before the end of the month the dea called her and wanted to know why she couldn’t account for the 3 missing tablets, so she had to give him 3 less the next month... now where these type of pills really get onto the streets is at the fucking factories, bottling facilities.. that way you can basically steal them before they even exist or are accounted for... no joke like 7 years ago when the yellows were the big thing (norcs) I went to my buddies house (the first guy I mentioned) and he had 75,000 Norcos at his apartment... all in sealed bottles of 60 tablets... I remember picking a bottle up and checking it out.. and it was made or bottled at a places called Bryant ranch pharmaceuticals.. which was literally like 6 miles from where this guy lived... it was literally insane. I knew him for around 6 years and in that time frame he was never once dry besides on night for 6 hours... and it was the complete norm for him to have like 10,000 norcos and 10,000 Xanax bars all in the sealed 500 tablet bottles.then I told him to start getting blues and I remember he said he was just gonna get a little batch to see how they sell.. so I go to his apartment and he had 9 sealed bottles of 100 count of the [M] oxycodone 30s. It was pretty unbelievable to see..

The second guy who’s still currently around as far as I know... he can also get literally any pharmaceutical you could think of.. he has literally hundreds of boxes of Suboxone strips, he had a box of 50 100mg hydromorphone vials.. literally so much shit that it’s overwhelming and almost unreal when you see it. The craziest part is he makes the biggest money off selling all different sorts of aids/hiv medication. I have no clue what it is/ what is does and why there is even a demand for itSs but i saw him make 46k profit in 1 day off flipping all those aids meds...........

Sorry for the insane rant, but that’s a little insight into how people get this type of quantity of these insanely regulated medications. At least from what I know. I’m sure there’s a few other angles.. besides sticking up fucking pharmacies and delivery vans...

Obviously Chubby covered it but i can second for a fact that he was SWIMMING in the real thing. One aspect of their operation was from a small Pharm store around the corner from him on Cross Bay, he had the run of the place. Also a buddy of his who worked at a pizza shop in Howard Beach was involved too. Original source, no clue. But he made so much money bc he was selling the real thing= repeat customers.

I forget what family it was linked to.. i don’t think it was the Luke’s who were selling blues out of the ice cream truck.. but someone connected who worked at a hospital somehow stole like 300,000 30’s in like a 1 or 2 year period ahahajah . Could you imagine that? Talk about a come up. That’s like coming up on 300,000 30$ bills

It was the Luccheses. Soldiers Joseph Zaffuto and Salvatore Cutaia Jr, associate Louis Scala, as well as a bunch of other people. The figure I read was 43,000 pills at $20 each.
All roads lead to New York.
