Your absolutely right Gotti sells and that's all there is to it. I'm waiting for or a good book or hopefully books to come out about more modern era stuff, im talking 2000 to present time or shit even early 90s to present . Obviously i have interest in some things more than others but hell id be interested in pretty much anything other than the few things that I've read already . If anyone has any good suggestions let me no, I haven't read the Basciano book I just got it the other day and plan to start hopefully tommorow. As for the topic the book will sell , like Christie said Destefano is a very credible author personally I've heard everything i could hear on Gotti and Junior all that Alite and Junior shit doesnt interest me the least . What more could you write about that people haven't heard with the countless books,documentaries, interviews with his family , movies, it's like people never get sick of the guy or his family it's what your average person thinks about nowadays when they think about the mafia or at least one of the first things

Cali or Cefalu would sell just fine as long as “Gambino Crime Family” was in the title somewhere. I agree Gotti’s name is more popular but mob fans will read anything with Gambino attached to it.
