Fresh street talk: Capeci has been dead for years and Andy has been running Gangland the entire time. When Cheech emailed him he was really talking to Andy, like some Keyser Soze shit.

George Anastasia had Capeci whacked so he could take over. Anastasia who is the real power behind the family gave the ok to Andy his number 2 who in turn farmed the job out to Schratwieser who clipped Jerry so they could install a puppet regime at Gangland.

I don't remember that part. I do remember that one of his arguements was that "Capeci" was not a real Italian name.
