In my opinion- you have Greg Costa checkin in w/ the Medford/North End Crew, Spucky pulls in Revere and whatever comes w/it and Bobby has Eastie... the Dinunzio brothers steer the ship and Matty holds down what's south of Quincy and in RI.... Vinny is happy w/ his life.. not sure anyone is coming out of retirement to supervise what's left... there's money- buts it's drugs etc..

Wud nino fall under bc being a eastie guy even though he was with cadillac frank in that mess in the 90’s or wud he be under somebody else for peace Sakes??

Providence used to have a large manufacturing base. It left. Now it is a dump/ghetto for the most part. A third of the people are below the poverty line, and approximately one half of children are born below the poverty line. That shows the trend.

No one out of retirement...biag aint seen anyone other than at Wakes in almost 2 decades..shacks is 90plus guys..unless those were tongue in cheek comments,

imo..costa isnt a skipper..so my answer is no....and ill say this..from knowing them both..no way in hell would billy answer to greg...but doesnt mean im right, just my opinion
