I had to go thru a sensitivity session recently at my job about the need for methadone and how it saves lives. I don't agree with the above posters and I know some wont like this but I call these overdoes deaths - "The thinning of the herds". Good riddance.
Bad post. I personally know very good people who almost lost thier lives due to drug addiction.
Yea people incould of never imagined being involved with drugs whatsoever are hooked I know a bunch of people are dead and like Slim just said I know plenty of good people who turned bad only due to drugs but without the drugs they are very good people opiates will bring the toughest man to his knees btw here in CT. They have methadone for inmates only in the county jail for people with 2 years or less or while on bond if on methadone will serve sentence in county jail and receive methadone but if you get sent up north or get one day or more over 2 years you don't get on or if we're on bond and receiving it and then get anything over 2 years they detox you within 2 weeks and your on your way up north sick as he'll ive seen guys get cut off they say you feel the withdrawal symptoms from methadone for months they do not give suboxone in CT jails or prisons except if you come In and are sick and are not on a methadone program they will give you suboxone daily for 5 days and the. That is it they just use it so people aren't sick bad....that drug is the devil it contributes to a shitload of crime from the bottom to the top if they didn't have the cops and emt with Narcan there would be a he'll of alot more overdoses than the already disgustingly high amount and if not for the methadone clinics and suboxone it would be crazy the way people will do anything for it when They are sick but there are some people who use those medications the right way and it turns around and saves there lives while some just keep getting high and use methadone or Suboxone just to not get sick

More like stupid people, have some fucking self control. Try working on a psych and seeing these scumbags rolling through regularly looking for drugs, they call all go, I don't lose a minute a sleep when one becomes worm food.

Ur very judgmental and ignorant. I almost lost a family member to drugs. Great guy, and very strong but he got caught up with the wrong people and got hooked on drugs. Eventually he cleaned up and he’s doin amazing now. It was the hardest thing he’s ever done, but he thankfully beat his addiction. Drug addiction is horrible and its a disease that ruins the lives of not just the addicts but also the addict’s families. Good people get caught up with drugs, ive seen it happen. So to see people be ignorant and even say that drug addicts deserve to overdose is unbelievable. Most drug addicts hate that thier addicted but they cant help themselves because its an addiction. Im done ranting but i just took some comments fuckin personal.

hate to admit I laughed at "worm food" lmao
I've heard the same thing. My sister in law is a triage nurse for the ER at a huge hospital here. she says that half her shift, every shift, consists of just fielding bullshit from drug seekers. people will come in and spend 6 hours doing paperwork and tests, pretending they're passing a kidney stone, in hopes for a shot of 2 mg Dilaudid. or that fuckin asshole on TV smashing his hand with a hammer LOL
thats amateur hour though. any true prescription drug enthusiast knows they're not giving you shit in the ER or at urgent care. they threw out the baby with the bathwater in response to the 'epidemic' - hell, my 65 year old mother got a full knee replacement and they sent her home with nothing more than 7 days of the lowest strength vicodin.

Let's get back on topic, here. There is a whole thread in general chat about drugs.
thats my fault, I started it by mentioning Castellucci's kid dying young in jail, and went off on a tangent about the faults of the prison system / business. a big rant. my apologies.
to get back on topic, does anyone think the Lucchese trial will not actually happen? I just cant see Crea sitting in a court room. No one else thinks that pleas wont be made in the 11th hour? between us, the DAs, and the remaining Luccheses who havent copped out yet... I bet we're the only ones hoping for a trial
