Anybody got any info on this dude? I know he went to prison, etc. But I mean, who was he under? And who does/did he associate with?

He started out in the Peter Chioda Crew. Later on he wound up in the George Zappola-George Conte Crew. He was busted in 1996 with Conte. Later on he was busted again for running that crack ring.

He made a cameo appearance and didn't even know it on the documentary The Mafia with Trevor McDonald. Mikey Scars was driving through Little Italy and saw Froggy with a couple of Lucchese guys standing on the corner.

Yeah sparaco did nearly 20 years and never flipped. Just before he was to be released they hit him with new charges , that’s when he flipped
