Not sure how much help it will be.

Mike Cardello was probably with Jerry Asaro. Sal Catalano probably with Anthony Urso. Musillo and Musumeci probably with Joseph Chilli. Vinny Faraci possibly with Peter Calabrese.

Ronald Carlucci was under James Tartaglione, but I don't know whether you are recording his crew or not considering it was split up while he was in prison.

Peter Lovaglio was probably in the Graziano crew.

Ronald Lorenzo "Kicked up no money and had more or less broken off from the Family by this point" according to JD's blog.

James Galante was described as a captain in some newspaper articles from 1992 since he ran a "crew" that controlled the newspapers unions. However it's unlikely that he really was a capo because there were no made members under him. In his 1992 arrest, he apparently ran the union with Al Embarratto, so you could lump him with whatever crew he was in potentially.

Charles Travella was shelved by the family at this point and, at one point, was marked for death by his former capo James Tartaglione.

John Mirabile was probably under Peter Calabrese since he was definitely under Louis Attanasio in the 1980s.

Joseph Taormina was indicted as a capo in 2001 and his 2001 and 1996 mob busts took place in New Jersey.

Those articles were incorrect. He was a Soldier under Richard Canarella at the time.

Looks like we need a 7th Family book about the Lorenzo Crime Family.

Good to know, Pogo. I recall Jerry Capeci listing him as a soldier too, now that you say it.

There are some very interesting Los Angeles Times articles about the violent home invasion ring that Lorenzo ran in the 1990s along with his shakedown of a giant, fraudulent cleaning company whilst in LA. I'll see if I can dig them up a bit later.

I'm going to keep all these "maybes" in a Misc. Members section.

For Suspected members I have:
- Dino Cammarano (44y)
- Paul 'Paulie Whitey' LNU [Confirmed member by 1980, may have been deceased by 2002]
- Joseph 'Pepe' Marino (68y)
- Salvatore Puccio (32y)
- Ronald Scala (59y)
- Anthony 'Fat Sammy' Valenti (35y) [Proposed c. Early 2000s]
- Joseph 'Augie' Yannucci (40y)

Montreal, as per JD
Probably Joseph DiMaulo and Emanuel Ragusa as well. From everything I've read there are several possibles but not many other definites. JD
I can create a "Possible Members" section for Montreal if anyone can supply a list and assist with photos.

is the age a little off for the guy Vito Badamo mentioned? a few years ago a Williamsburg / Greenpoint guy with the same name got busted in that Nicky Santora crew bust; he was under Santora and was allegedly being "groomed" to take over the crew, according to a daily news article quoting a wiretap. he looked in his 50s at the oldest around the time of the bust.

the one mentioned on the list above...maybe the father, or uncle, of the guy im talking about?

regardless of age im gonna take a guess that in 2002 the Badamo mentioned, and Nicky Santora, belonged to the same crew. Dunno what Rabito's position was in 02 but they're all from the same area; if Rabito was on the street and running a crew in 2002 id bet both Santora and Badamo were in it.

its also kind of shocking Santora wasnt a Capo by 2002

The Vito Badamo mentioned in 2002 is the father of acting capo Vito Badamo (Jr.) The pair both originally hailed from Providence, R.I. In the 1990s both father and son were spotted at the Grand Avenue Social Club with a lot of other mobsters from various crews.

The father has ties to both Rhode Island and Pennsylvania, but I believe he is originally from Williamsburg. From research a while back it looks like Vito Badamo Sr.'s father was named Vito Badamo as well and came to NYC from Castellammare del Golfo. Wouldn't surprise me if their roots go back to the early Castellammarese colony in Williamsburg.
