Not specifically but Raab typically bases his info off his sources, i.e. law enforcement.

Bad move trying to shoot him from the car while it was still moving, he gave up the element of surprise. It looked to me like the shooter was wearing Foamposites, which if true pretty much guarantees it was a black guy.
