DeNiro and the Jockey. Ha.
Guess that was worth an otherwise worthless 10mins.
These guys can talk without saying a thing.

So what’s the current admin of Philly? Joeys the boss, mikey lance the underboss, and uncle joe is consig?
Wise men listen and laugh, while fools talk.
Re: New Mob Talk Sitdown 7/9
This is what I've had since the east coast LCN indictments.slimshady_007 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 7:30 am So what’s the current admin of Philly? Joeys the boss, mikey lance the underboss, and uncle joe is consig?
Boss: Joey Merlino
Street Boss: Mikey Lance
Underboss: Steve Mazzone
Consigliere: Joe Ligambi (Semi Retired)
So many guys been getting out the last few years it was all kinda confusing but then info started to come out after Joey's trial and it does seem like Mikey Lance is the top man running the daily operations with Joey holding the official title.
Re: New Mob Talk Sitdown 7/9
Maybe with the indictments and possibly trials coming in the future, more leadership confirmation will come out of it. There havve been several different combinations of leadership charts. Both Ciancaglinis have been mentioned, and Ligambi back as acting boss since Merlino was indicted in 2016. It appears that Merlino as Boss and Lancelotti as Street Boss is correct.JohnnyS wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 8:25 amThis is what I've had since the east coast LCN indictments.slimshady_007 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 7:30 am So what’s the current admin of Philly? Yeah these indictments should be interesting. I wonder if the feds will finally get Mikey Lance. He's avoided everything they've thrown at him for the last two decades. One guy to look out for when these indictments come down is Dominic Grande who took over Mikey Lance's crew in 2015. Feds believe he was the trigger man in the hit on DiPietro. They got Nicodemo as the driver but they haven't been able to prove Grande was involved yet.Frank wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 8:53 amMaybe with the indictments and possibly trials coming in the future, more leadership confirmation will come out of it. Not sure about the Chang's, my guess is Johnny is a capo but it's possible he served on a ruling panel at some point maybe in like 2015 and Chickie I believe is retired or semi retired.

Its crazy that grande hasn’t been indicted for the DiPietro hit. Id figure the feds would have dna or finger prints in Nicodemo’s car belonging to grande.JohnnyS wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 9:12 amYeah these indictments should be interesting. Very lucky. The hit was sloppy it was done in broad day light with multiple witnesses who could ID Nicodemo as the driver. Nicodemo driving his own car went straight back to his house with the gun still in the car.slimshady_007 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 9:31 amIts crazy that grande hasn’t been indicted for the DiPietro hit. How would Nicodemo think he’d get away with the murder? The hit couldn’t have been sanctioned by the leaders of Philly. It was too stupid and sloppy.JohnnyS wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 9:37 amVery lucky. The hit was sloppy it was done in broad day light with multiple witnesses who could ID Nicodemo as the driver. It was also executed (what pun?) mid way through the Ligambi et al trial.
That the existing leadership would want that publicity mid trial is a nonsense.

As Sonny just said the hit was done during Ligambi's trial too so there's no way in my opinion that he sanctioned it.slimshady_007 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 10:17 amHow would Nicodemo think he’d get away with the murder? Re: New Mob Talk Sitdown 7/9
My guess is that nicodemo had personal beef with DiPietro and that was the reason for why DiPietro was clipped. Highly doubt uncle joe, mazzone, or joey merlino had any say in the murder. If grande is the gunman like the feds say, i wonder how the awfully planned hit affected his rep.SonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 10:20 am It was also executed (what pun?) mid way through the Ligambi et al trial.

Didn't effect him. Dom was bumped up to captain in 2015/2016 and went with Joey and Mikey Lance to New York in 2016.

You obviously don't know much about Philly.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.
