Tony Black

Post by Kash »

What’s the story on Tony Black Induisi? I’ve seen old newspaper stories calling him a capo but on the chart he’s a soldier. He’s on Instagram which is pretty interesting considering he’s not a young guy but it looks like he’s mostly promoting south fla nightclubs. He also appears to be partnered with the Mob King show guy in the show, olive oil, construction, etc... I guess everything is on the up and up since it’s on social media but I did find it interesting to see all that on an old school guy just publicly out there.

He was promoted to captain in 1981 after the murder of Johnny Irish Matera. He was very young at the time, only in his early 30s, but was close to the Persicos who were officially taking over the family at the time. Not sure when he was demoted/stepped down but he was hit with racketeering charges in the 90s and it may have been then. I believe he is/was close to Tom Farese.

Just did a quick BOP check and Andrew Russo is 83 released in 2013 and Thomas Farese is 75 released in 2012.

Wonder if they’re still active.

Good info. Even if he was officially a soldier you’d have to think he’s essentially a capo in 2018 in south Florida. Judging from media is all that’s left in fla is a handful of made guys with some underlings.
