Does anyone know who the man on the far right that they're meeting with is? He's supposed to be from Chicago and this involves the Vegas Skim.

Possibly Anthony Chiavola, Sr. He was a crooked cop and Outfit associate that distributed a lot of the cash to the other families involved in the skim.

He was a courier/conduit for the skim money. He was also affiliated with KC as the Civellas were his uncles.
