Wiseguy independence
Yo ive been wondering about how much independence an average wiseguy has. Ik that if ur associated with a family its expected of u to keep up cash to ur capo. However, is a wiseguy expected to kick up a piece of all of his rackets? Is he not aloud to have any rackets for himself only?

DeLuca: "Yeah."
Avellino: "Wait, and we, we only got the privilege of working it, or running it. Unless you got something that is a legitimate thing, that you know, that it's yours, then they say, 'Well, that's yours.' But anything that's got to do..."
DeLuca: "You operate at his pleasure."
Avellino: "You do what he wants. I mean, and even, even if, with a legitimate thing, you operate at his pleasure ninety percent of the time."
