New trial ordered for convicted killer in Gus Boulis murder

An appeals court on Wednesday overturned the conviction of Anthony “Big Tony” Moscatiello, who is serving a live sentence for the 2001 murder of Miami Subs founder Gus Boulis. Moscatiello, 79, was convicted in 2015. The same jury that found him guilty also determined that he should not be executed for the crime.
