They sold / merged Cava construction shortly after he retired

Would be great to know how that came about and what it means today as these guys were doing major work .

I know Cava did most of the work for that big Chinese hotel developer on NYC

It does state he’s a member of the Genovese family. However newspapers notoriously embellish and regularly fail to delineate between associate and made, and I was simply seeking clarification he was actually made and not just an associate.
