Any legal experts here care to make a call on the recordings with Grande and whether they're enough to charge him with RICO narcotics charges?
IMO, Perisano's and the undervocer Fed's tapes will eventually be used to indict Grande.
LE will try to ensnare as many other Philly members as possible. But Grande is toast.
I agree, Dom will be indicted but they don't have the whole enchilada just yet or he'd be in the slam. We don't know Dom's on tape approving drug deals. They indicted Joey back in 1999 for cocaine trafficking. The press releases said they had Joey approving cocaine deals on tape. Turns out, they had Joey warning Big Ron on tape to "stay away from the junk". That's a "bad pinch". All they had was Joey saying "do what you have to do" to some statement by Big Ron that those guys won't help him up there. Acquittal.
So far all they have released is that AP reported to his capo that he was involved in crimes and gave him money. No mention on specifics. I bet it comes out later that he never said anything to his capo about straight drug dealing and if he had he might be dead already. We will have AP, who is already damaged goods for lying to the feds, saying that his vague bullshit words were coded drug deals and Dom knew about drug dealing and approved. Then you will have conversations between AP and Joey Machines where its easy to understand what they are talking about. These guys know who the targets are. AP probably thanked God the day he got assigned to Dom because he knew no matter what he did or bullshit he pulled someday he was getting a pass from the Feds.

This is why it appears he hasn't been indicted yet (if his name isnt before a grand jury, or should I say Grande jury (a thank you)) and I'm curious to know whether his statements by themselves are enough to indict him.
That’s a picture of Dom from ten years ago at least from The Borgata bust. He’s older, fatter, and with more grey hairs these days. There’s a good pic of Dom and Sammy Piccolo together on Instagram. I’m not going to post it because there’s a civilian in it but the tagged location is The Broadway Theatrical Club in Philly, which is the mob bar in South Philly or was heard they have new owners now. There’s some good ones of Mazzone tagged to that location on Instagram as well.

My thanks to SP for posting the pics. Grande looks like a child and Servidio is almost unrecognizable.
My thanks to Snakes and Solai for their timely assistance in fixing the issue as well. Cheers gents.
I've said this before, since people first started using it, but that "biker" looking guy with the long hair is a completely different Joseph Servidio. Their ages don't even match.
