This is probably the three member panel paragraphs you were looking for:
"Sources say Chilli was seen dining at two Staten Island restaurants with numerous "made men." Among them were three veteran wiseguys whom law enforcement officials believe are running the beleaguered crime family for its imprisoned leaders, Michael (Mikey Nose) Mancuso and Vincent (Vinny TV) Badalamenti. Law enforcement sources say Chilli and the trio – Anthony (Fat Anthony) Rabito, 78, Vincent Asaro, 79, and Thomas DiFiore, 69 – were also joined by a low-key 81-year-old family elder named Joseph (J.B.) Indelicato who has managed to stay below the radar for years. Indelicato was implicated, but never charged, in the storied rubout of Carmine (Lilo) Galante in 1979."
The paragraph I highlighted stated Rabito was consig.
That article pretty much backs up my theory that vinny badalamanti and mikey nose are the two heads of the family i fuckin knew it

Good shit Pogo. I'm the same in which I don't always source everything I find. Had to do some digging for the "majority of the captains" Cammarano quote.

After Badalamentis arrest in 2012, it was proven in tape recordings that Tommy DiFiore took over as “boss” - feds say acting boss - and later formed a panel with Vincent Asaro. Chris Christie’s Lineage chart shows that’s Tony Rabito was also on that panel which is very likely but I haven’t seen anything confirming that.
Rabito on the panel is accurate. It was either in the indictment or detention memo.

Rabito is sick, can’t walk & doesn’t leave his apt & he was a guy that was out every night & now never goes out..in my opinion he’s retired
Well, we know he definitely wasn't retired at the time that GL news article was written. Because only two years later he shows up as consigliere for every major mob meeting between the Palazzolo faction and the Cammarano faction.

Thinking Vinny TV is boss is a strange one, he's not even been id'd as a capo in the recent busts, has he? Interesting what GohnJotti said about Cammarano having the support of the majority of the family. How long will Mancuso be on supervised release when he gets out?
Recent busts haven't ID'd him at all. So he could either be a capo, soldier, or on that ruling panel below Cammarano.

He got sick about 6 months ago, almost died, was in hospital for couple months & now is basically bedridden

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

DiFiore was on supervised release at the time of the Cammarano meetups, so he might have avoided them for that reason. I wouldn't suspect he's retired though.
I think Nicky Santora was dropped from that long-running state trial because of his health. Apparently he's a vegetable now. Pogo took him off the chart as captain. Other guys in the trial took very sweet pleas, Ernie Aiello only ended up doing a few months behind bars IIRC.

I believe DiFiore gets off of supervised release soon. Maybe he returns as acting boss? Maybe he already is acting boss.
Doubt it. Difiore was hated as acting boss. If the family was smart theyd pick either joe grimaldi or anthony pipitone as the skipper.

The only person who seemed to hate DiFiore was Vincent Asaro, who himself probably held the title of being the most hated man in the family. Stole from his own crew, degenerate gambler, his own son hated him, never paid anyone back, bullied and berated those around him.
