AB is top dog in the Fed system out west and mid west if you are a white inmate. But the AB is also strong now in SE place like FL Fed Pens and Georgia. LCN guys fall under the AB. I totally believe the AB shaking Gotti down in a Midwest Fed lock up like Marion. Only place I can see LCN willing to go toe to toe with the AB would be a place like Fairton and Fort Dix in NJ. Maybe Allenwood. Places where you have a great concentration of LCN guys serving time close to home. But the AB can hurt someone close to those LCN guys in FT Dix who might be serving time in Pens out West or Midwest. That's what make the AB so powerful . Their reach on the inside. LCN cant touch that power on the inside.

I understand what the pogo means, I had a cousin who met Tommaso Buscetta in prison in the 80's, I do not have much to talk about it because they talked normal and Tommaso only explained what had happened to her family because of of Riina, something we all already know, but they just had a normal conversation, and Tommaso is a very famous Mafioso too, so maybe Luca is telling the truth.
