He was busted lying on his immigration documents and turned rat knowing and testifying against his brother. For lying on immigration documents. Is this the least standup guy in LCN history?

All because he faced deportation, he sent his brother to jail for life. His brother. Life.

If ever there was a rat who deserved to be hit..
