There are some exeptions but generally, a new poster needs 15 posts before he can view the other sections.

Probably manna I'd say. Didn't Jimmy Ida and Barney Bellomo have a big disagreement back in the mid nineties to the point where Jimmy tried to have Barney whacked? If so I would think Barney would instruct the family to have no contact with Ida but then again Barney doesn't need to deal with that stuff anymore that's what Petey reds for. But certainly Vinny Esposito must be high up if he's carrying that kind of cash and access to manna or ida

Gotta be him or Jimmy Ida.
Definitely a toss up. I was originally thinking it’d be Ida working on the appeal just because of the time he got versus his co-Ds who didnt goto trial. But afaik, Manna also went down on a conspiracy for a ridiculous amount of time.

Would have figured both of these guys, especially Manna, would have exhausted all appeals by now.

Speculation but could he have been talking about Chuck Tuzzo?? Is he even locked up?

Why would it be Tuzzo? Has he been linked with the Consig position before?

On the BOP site he's listed as released in 2006.

He was indicted two years ago on a gambling charge I think. Don’t know what came of that case, or whether it was even federal.
I don't know dick about dick.

Just curious as to where the info about Petey Red being consigliere came from. I had only heard about being the street boss or front boss for Barney.

It is pretty stupid for this guy to keep all that cash and those lists in his own hourse. He has to figure that as a made member (especially a higher ranking one) and the son of the famous Gigante that there is a good chance that his house would eventually be raided. The family couldn't keep this stuff in a safe house or apartment or a locker rented under a phoney name?

There aren't a lot of criminal masterminds, if any, to say the least. As many studies show, criminals tend to be significantly less intelligent than non-criminals.

Or both.
