Bail appeal says he had 3.8M in the house, 2 lists of members of a Jersey crew, one of dead guys the other of living guys, and they had his phone tapped for a couple years at least. Gonna be very interesting if it goes to trial.

Perhaps Esposito is the acting consigliere? A Family fund like the one described is normally held by the consigliere of the Family. At least it used to be in the old days.

Could be. In one section it mentions him getting money to the former consigliere in 2015

For example, on October 17, 2015, Esposito had a call with another individual about providing funds for the legal representation of the former consigliere of the Genovese Family, who was incarcerated. Vincent Esposito may be admin official, messagero, or captain of the Jersey crew.
His father raised him, taught him, and might have arranged for his son's ascent/position.
3.8 million speaks volumes. I will never understand why NYC mob guys still use
cell phones or land lines. FEDS are listening. I know it would be a major pain in the
ass to NOT use cell phones. But eating baloney sandwiches every day for 10 to 20 years
seems worse to me.

Thanks for uploading the document Chaps. Does anyone care to guess how many
years Esposito will have to plea to? Doesn't look like even Clarence Darrow could
beat this in a jury trial.
