Ok thanks Pogo, no mention of him being Official Underboss. Now is this enough evidence to overrule Capeci. Or do we just wait it out.Pogo The Clown wrote: ↑Sat Jan 13, 2018 9:58 am

Not really, Capeci just backed up the feds when they called Cammarano "Official Underboss." The feds called him "acting street boss" and "official underboss" in 2015. In fact, Capeci explicity referenced the Probation Department when he wrote that article.Frank wrote: ↑Sat Jan 13, 2018 11:34 amOk thanks Pogo, no mention of him being Official Underboss. I don't remember seeing him on your charts.Pogo The Clown wrote: ↑Fri Jan 12, 2018 6:04 pm
He was a NY based DeCavalcante Associate during the 90s. He was even proposed for membership at one point. Somehow he ended up with the Bonannos after the DeCavalcantes imploded. He was IDed as a Bonanno member in a indictment in the late 2000s but I forgot which one.

You have him listed anywhere before him being reported as consignment in the Bonannos?

I can't find anything online about Simone Esposito being with the DeCavs. I'm sure you're right Pogo but do you have any articles or links about Esposito in the 90s?yatescj7781 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 13, 2018 10:53 pmI don't remember seeing him on your charts.Pogo The Clown wrote: ↑Fri Jan 12, 2018 6:04 pm

It's probably nothing but, as I mentioned earlier, George Tropiano was very involved in Superstorm Sandy recovery relief. He is a foundation board member of the Atlas Foundation, which "has helped over 50 hurricane members since October (2012)." Tropiano himself was pictured with a lady who had just received dentures after a hurricane-related injury smashed her face up.Wiseguy wrote: ↑Sat Jan 13, 2018 12:30 am Looks like there were three indictments. The third one involving the scheme to defraud FEMA.
Two other indictments charge a gun running operation and a scheme to defraud FEMA of $80,000 in Superstorm Sandy recovery money.

"The 60-year-old Westerleigh resident is part of our reality check.
These days, Tropiano drags his bad back out of bed every morning and schleps to some farflung corner of the Bronx.
When he gets there, he has the privilege of climbing around on a construction site, hauling and digging and cutting until it’s time to head home to Staten Island and prepare to do it all over again the next day.
Oh, and in between all that, he often finds his way down to one of the waterfront towns that stretch along the South Shore. There, Tropiano helps the Dr. Theodore Atlas Foundation in its work helping victims of Hurricane Sandy rebuild their lives.
He’s the person who meets the often desperate people and walks with them through the destruction of what used to be their home.
“You have to put eyeballs on the project,” Tropiano explained of the process. “See it, feel it, touch it, and figure out what you can do to help.”"

Thanks very very vague indictment with little or no info in it. Looks like they are charging porky with extortion or sometime of protection racket and conspiracy under the RICO act. But very little info disclosed.

Yes. I had him as a Soldier. Like I said he was IDed as a Bonanno member in an indictment several years back.
Nothing more on him besides what I posted. JD briefly mentioned him in his DeCavalcante thread. Esposito was an Associate in the Rotondo Crew.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

Sometime this week the Memorandum in Support of Permanent Detention should be filed. That usually is more interesting than the indictment and disclosed much more info regarding the defendants that the feds want detained pending trial.

No, unfortunately it has not. From what I can tell the judge gave many of the defendants bail with certain restrictions.
