I cant recall the indictment so I am not sure what t hat single charge is...but he admitted to gambling. But not running anything gambling related etc. If that is all they got it must not carry much time.

This case is based on tapes made by an unreliable witness that actually liked Joey. Dont forget his lawyer is Jacobs, who is one of the best when it comes to tape based evidence.
