sal genovese owned the building where paul had his club next door to tomasso's restaurant, they later moved between bay 7th and bay 8th that is when jimmy brown had the club, probably around 1987. gotti would play cards there once a month until he was pinched

I'd like to use this information in the 1985 map and would like to credit whoever compiled all of this. Years ago on RD I seen Yates working on this, I wonder if he's responsible? Terrific work and I greatly respect the effort.

Off the top of my head, it's from one of the earlier batch of heavily redacted Scarpa files.AlexfromSouth wrote: ↑Mon Oct 02, 2017 12:21 amFrom the scsrpa files?yatescj7781 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2017 7:20 pm2306 McDonald Avenue Brooklyn NYAlexfromSouth wrote: ↑Sat Sep 30, 2017 2:10 pm Does anybody know where Peter "petey pums" Ferrara had his club/clubs? Just curious: How many, if any, of these "Big City" Social Clubs actually had NFL owners as regulars that placed large bets on their own teams. They would also meet their BM on Tuesday nights a to either pay or collect their bet.

I would bet more then A handful , if I remember corrcnely the steelers (Rooney) and browns( McBride ) owners both had strong ties to gambling . And may of founded there teams with gambling money or at least got there start in gambling .FriendofHenry wrote: ↑Mon Oct 09, 2017 12:26 pm Just curious: How many, if any, of these "Big City" Social Clubs actually had NFL owners as regulars that placed large bets on their own teams.
