Bottom of page 12 and top of page 13 under Cosa Nostra informant talks about this 6th family located in Jersey, has about 30 made members, all old timers that won't be making any new members. This was early to mid 60's...what group was this?

On a side note on page 57, maybe 56....someone hits a number and the policymaker refuses to pay. Colombo orders him to pay the winner and says that these kind of actions will not be tolerated and that everyone will stand by their responsibilities.
