Jack DeSarro never lived in Steubenville, the DeSarro family settled in Wellsville, OH which is about 30 miles North of Steubenville up Rte 11 or SR 7 near East Liverpool.

Why not? As long as you guide Chris for Cleveland, FoF for Akron and JCB for Youngstown/Pittsburgh, things should shake out pretty well.
