So here is and FBI Transcript that I have kept around the last couple of years. It is about Jimmy LaFatch Akron Whitey Besase Toledo Detroit guys Vegas tampering with Trials - Chief of Police and the Old Man - read it you will enjoy - it is fascinating in a short snippet of time. I think the time was around 1964 - I don't remember exactly:

I couldn't get it to upload so I emailed it to Chris Christie:

So I am sure he will slice and dice and get it uploaded for me...

FoF - Because of your own personal knowledge of Tony Delsanter: How best to describe his position with Cleveland?
I came to the conclusion that he was Consigilere and was close to being named Boss. Your thoughts - please!

I'd like to know if Delsanter was a captain or a rep in 1965.

He was definitely Consigliere when Jack White was named in 1976 until he died August 1st, 1977. I really think when Scalish was Boss before Jack White he was way more than a Capo so there is really only one conclusion that he was Consigliere from about 1972-1976 after DeMarco. Let just say he could summon an Army of people in no time flat. Yes they wanted him to be Boss, but he didn't want it.

My Best Answer is he was Capo in 1965 -- not just the Niles/Warren Territory Rep that was given to him for taking care of a situation.

He was a soldier in 1950's

I previously made mention of a briefcase full of cash. Keep in mind that in the mid 60s this was a weekly kick-up from one BM :)

Just like you said why there is so little interest in small city LCNs because there was only "small" money to be made there
