Correct. Its a catch 22. You will do less time in State Prison and be paroled earlier. But the state prison is pretty shitty. Allot of Bloods and crips etc. Ideally you want to be in Fed Med-Min Security like in Fairton where you can live in a pod and have freedoms . Plus its more "white " friendly existence.... lol DiNapoli and Maddona are wishing they were in Fairton or Fort Dix play cards with other LCN guys and convicted NJ democrat politicians....lol State Prison is not a place for old white guys . Even the Medium Security State prison is mostly.. All inner city gang bangers, suburban white kids who liked the idea of being a gangbangers and now cry thru the glass to mommy and addicts etc..

Rocco: BOP lists three Mike Perna's (Age and Release date: 75- 2015, 83-1981, 64- 1995). which one is Ralph's brother please?

I've also tried to find on BOP the release dates of the Perna's but can't do so. Can you kindly, or anyone else assist when they are respectively getting out? (Ralph, Joe, Mike etc)

There is no parole in the federal system unless you were convicted prior to November 1, 1987. There is in the state system, however, so there is no "release date" like there is in the BOP system; only an "eligible parole" date.

There is no fuckin way i believe that Amuso is still boss unless its just in name only. No way he is calling the shots or guys are kicking up to him or his family. Mike (ralph sr brother) has a son big joe that was made w/ cuz john in 07. all in the indictment read it. I believe the woman you mentioned is lil joes wife. she was charged with cettas wife because they had joint bank accts. you deposit gambling $ into the joint acct you are both charged etc feds use them as an anchor to get the men to plead to jail time to save the women etc.

Hey who am I? Rocco answered most of your questions. I know the perna's well. Doesn't mean I know the inner workings of the lukes but As far as jersey... Certain things are just common knowledge if you're from around here. In no way do I have the desire to argue over any of this. I rarely post. I know it's good for the forum to agree/disagree but I just don't have the energy nowadays. I enjoy what you guys have to offer though.

You get less time and conjugal visits in state prison. I think that's worth it.
