This is pretty cool. Interesting that anyone in the Springfield crew has to be made by NY for it to be legitimate. I wonder what union the Lucchesse's were trying to take over from Artie Nigro. Still unclear how Onofrio is associated with the Springfield Crew.

May have been the Cement Workers Union in the Bronx. Nigro was connected to that.

Onofrio is the acting captain for the crew run by Conrad Ianniello and before him Matty the Horse. If I'm not mistaken it appears that crew now has oversight of Springfield.

One of the things the link above talks about is Bologna saying that Danny Leo became the new Genovese boss in 2006 (obviously we know it was actually acting boss) and Mario Gigante as his acting underboss.
