Don't think this is Shootsie. The BOP has our Sparacio as being 95.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.
Shotsie never flipped right? What would a Philly/Down Neck guy being doing in Illinois? Not saying he couldn't of moved, but I don't recall ever hearing anything of him being uncomfortable in that environment. Not totally convinced this is Shotsie either.
Our Sparacio would have still be in prison so it is not this guy. I thought Shootsie died back in 2003 but evidently not.

Eh it is no big deal. It is good to check on these guys since a lot of times their deaths fly under the radar. Especially for a guy like Shootsie. All he ever did was book.

Salvatore Sparacio- Gloucester – D.O.B. 1/1/22- inducted in 1981. Big operator of sports bookmaking across south New Jersey. Hang out at Medford Country Club as primary HQ for gambling ops. Blizzard Passalacqua was his mentor. 2/25/86- indicted for sports bookmaking in Camden and Gloucester. On exclusion list of casinos.
I'm assuming that Blizzard Passalacqua is old time member Salvatore Passalacqua?
