The Gennaro regime (formerly under Joseph Franco, then Carmine Lombardozzi) was probably even larger than this, just listed the known members.
Was Joseph Franco a Brooklyn or a Manhattan guy? Maybe the crew od Arcuri was originally with this regime, being that there were some Franco s with Arcuri latter on?
JD you also have paul and robert debella, with brown, todo and brown were partners in a dress factory.then broke up and really did not like each other as much after that. also a made guy with pumps who went with todo was eduardo, don't remember last name died in the 70s i believe.

The document describing a February 1967 Gambino meeting is pretty well known and has been posted on the forums before. It specifically talks about Paul Castellano, Aniello Dellacroce and Joseph N. Gallo being confirmed as the acting Admin and mentions Joseph Gennaro's large crew being split up. About half stayed with Gennaro and the rest went to James Failla, who was pulled out of Salvatore Aurello's regime. Here is the breakdown on most of the crew members and who they were put with:
James 'Jimmy Brown' Failla [New Crew]
- William 'Big Willie' Amendolace (49y)
- Edward 'Chris' Amplo (58y)
- Hugo Bassi (53y)
- Dominick Castore (56y)
- Louis DeFilippo (45y)
- Leonardo Grillo (62y)
- Carmine Lombardozzi (54y)
- John Lombardozzi (42y)
- Paul Lombardozzi (52y)
- Onofrio Modica (82y)
- Philip Modica (38y)
- Peter 'Pete Barry' Palmieri (56y)
- Nicholas Resitano (57y)
- Michael Scandifia (48y)
- Peter Tortorella (52y)
Joseph Gennaro
- Frank 'Frankie Brown' Bongiorno (61y)
- John 'Johnny Pesce' Chiarello (54y)
- Ettore Colao (56y)
- Vincent 'Jimmy the Blonde' Corrao (58y)
- John DeGregorio (57y)
- Louis Guiga (40y)
- Antonino 'Zu Nino' Indelicato (77y)
- Pasquale Lauro (51y)
- Accursio 'Swifty' Marinelli (56y)
- Joseph 'Joe Ox' Marino (43y)
- Santo 'Lloyd' Patti (56y)
- Philip 'Bibs' Perfetti (54y)
Several of Gennaro's guys later wound up back with Failla and a few under Anthony Gaggi.
When you say that several Gennaros guys wound uo under Gaggi later, could it be that those guys were John 'Johnny Pesce' Chiarello, Accursio 'Swifty' Marinelli, and Lulu Marciano? Or was Lulu Marciano always with Castellano/Gaggi crew? And please JD were the first two John and Accursio Brooklyn guys? I know that Accursio had an address on 67th st in Brooklyn around 1964. Please respond JD, thanks in advance.
You're right on John Chiarello and Accursio Marinelli, both were under Nino Gaggi as of the late 1970s.
Re locations, the families (Chiarello/Marinelli) started out on Elizabeth St in Little Italy and then went on to Brooklyn in the 1920s. As of 1928 the Chiarellos were living in Bath Beach and the Marinellis in Dyker Heights. Chiarello married one of the DeCicco sisters, another family that went from lower Manhattan to Brooklyn in the 1920s. By the mid-1960s both of these guys were in Staten Island.
By the way if I don't respond to a post it's usually because I don't have the info being asked and don't want to make a lot of posts that just say 'sorry, don't know'.

JD thank you for your answer very much. I just have 2 more questions please, first one is that did I understand you right. Were the DeCiccos another family that went from the LES to bath beach? And second is about Lulu Marciano, whats the deal with him? I think that I read he was with Gaggi and that his father was a soldier too from Sciacca ( wich the Lomardozzi/Gennaro regime was full of, people from Aggrigento) so my thinking is that maybe he was moved later on to Gaggi. Could there be any truth to this? Thank once again.

The DeCiccos resided at 42 Thompson St circa 1917 and were living at 209 Bay 23rd St by 1930.
There was a Louis Marciano from Sciacca who was killed by police in 1933. There's articles about it on Fulton. The NYPD were questioning someone in the hallway of an apartment building when the lights were turned off and they were ambushed. Marciano was apparently one of the attackers and they shot and killed him. As for the other Marciano, no idea.
Thank you very much once again JD. I really appreciate it. I think that he was the father of Lulu, the one killed in 1933. Is there maybe an address on Louis in 1933?
a Luigi Marciano was described as soldier by Gentile in his book. according to him this Marciano was member of Giuseppe Parlapiano decina and was part of the powerful agrigentino side within the Gambino family

Yes Felice that's what I was assuming he was with Parlapiano, with Franco and Lombatdozzi later on I guess. Do you know where he was from? Little Italy, South Brooklyn (Gowanus, red hook), or Bensonhurst?

Luigi Marciano lived in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn but I don´t know the exact address. I think Gentile said that he committed suicide in 1933. Was it later discovered that he was actually killed by cops?

Thanks HK. He or his brother Tony had some action near the docks in South Brooklyn, according to Casso.
