A convicted mobster’s road-rage fit has now got him parked in jail.

Jerry Balzano — out on supervised release for racketeering conspiracy — was driving upstate when another motorist apparently did something he didn’t like, according to a new bombshell video obtained by the Daily News.

Video from the other driver’s dashcam shows the alleged soldier of New Jersey’s notorious DeCavalcante crime family in front of a driver traveling in the left lane.

Balzano slows down, then gets out.

“You want to play f------ games, you little c---------,” Balzano says.

“You want to cut me off like a tough guy?” he adds.

The profanity-laced assault can be heard — along with the driver’s wife frantically calling 911.

“Someone is hitting my husband!” she says, before a thud can be heard. “Oh my gosh!”

Another driver stops and tells Balzano to go back to his car.

Balzano, 54, is seen getting back into his vehicle and driving off — even though he didn’t even possess a valid license to drive a car.

The identity of the other motorist has not been made public.

The U.S. attorney’s office in Brooklyn did not provide a date or location for where the alleged road rage took place.

New York State Police declined comment when asked about the incident.

As a result, Balzano’s on the hot seat with the feds for the incident, while also facing a state harassment case.

Brooklyn federal prosecutors played the video for Judge Kiyo Matsumoto — and Balzano was ordered detained on March 8, authorities told the Daily News Monday.

Balzano is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center.

He now faces a violation of supervised release hearing next month, court papers show.

This is the second time prosecutors said Balzano violated his supervised release after serving an almost two-year sentence.

The first time, he ended up getting another four months in the slammer.

During Balzano’s first violation of supervised release, he admitted to having a firearm and ammunition.

Balzano lied to his probation officer at the time, saying the weapon wasn’t his, prosecutors said.

Balzano was one of more than 100 mobsters and associates charged by the feds in a sweeping set of indictments in 2011.

Balzano’s original 2011 conviction involved a plan to distribute 1,400 packs of contraband cigarettes and the theft of a $15,000 tax refund check.

He ended with an almost two-year sentence following his conviction.

His lawyer, Gary Schoer, declined comment Monday afternoon.

Well Gotti is rolling in his grave because they are apparently still making guys from Brooklyn. This guy is born and raised in Brooklyn. Not sure how he got hooked up with the DeCav's but it must have been thru one of the NY crews way back when. This guy is around 52-54 yrs old.

I hate to say it but living in Los Angeles and dealing with many of these Asian motorists, I have wanted to jump out and go Goodfellas on a few of these people.

Looks like he was busted in 2005 for growing weed in Manchester NJ. He was living in Toms River which is where Collina has been living since the 80s and about 60-70% of the DeCavs live there and the towns around in it. Is Collina just listed as a soldier right? Not a Capo? Whos Crew is Collina in ? Was he a capo back in 2005? Whatever the case this Balzano seems close to him or in the same crew. Balzano is from Carrol Gardens area of Brooklyn. Allot of the Decav members based out of NY have been from the Red Hook Carroll Gardens area of Brooklyn as well. If he is close to guys in Toms RIvers and most of the guys from the Decavs that live in the Toms River area are members that are originally from Elizabeth.

Police said Jerry Balzano, 42, of Toms River; Daniel Sierra, 23, of Lakewood; and Anthony Pozzolano, 27, of Brooklyn, were arrested Saturday without incident. The area had been under police surveillance. After the arrests, police executed three search warrants two in Dover Town- ; ship, and one in Manchester which produced large quantities of marijuana, cocaine and guns, police said. Balzano and Pozzolano were charged with possession of a dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance and with intention to distribute it, police said. Sierra was charged with possession of a dangerous substance, police said. All three men were being held at the Ocean County Jail.

Good find on his previous bust. Collina's Capo was Joseph 'Joe C.' Caruano (Died in 2002). Not sure who it was after that. Possibly Salvatore Timpani. Collina was listed as a Soldier in his 2011 indictment.

Looks like they are probably in the same crew. Looks like Balzano was living in Toms River at the time so he must be pretty close to some of these Elizabeth guys living in Toms River. Though now he is listed a living in a APT in Carroll Gardens. I would be curious if this Balzano guy was close to Jimmy Gallo who was from Red Hook.
