This picture first surfaced on the internet a number of months ago. I forgot who posted it initially, but I remember seeing it on gbb. I think it's quite obvious it's him, personally. Doesn't as healthy as he did in the last picture, which I think was from like a decade ago anyways.

I was the person who posted it first. I posted it here then someone else posted it on gbb. I definitely believe it to be him. Compare it to old pictures and you can easily see a resemblance.

The photo looks like him to me. You can see it in the face.....Scarfo was one of the first Mafioso I ever read about back when I was a teenager.

Think he did get life once he was convicted for the Frankie Flowers murder. But his conviction was overturned just like the others were when they all got off on a technicality.
