Excellent job as always. I wanted to point out that you have Jake Amari as Acting Underboss when at that point it should have been Acting Boss. This was at the same time as being official Underboss.

Thanks. New England and Buffalo are both doable I reckon. Any interest in a New England chart?

Not Chicago, we can't even agree on what to label people or who went over who. But also/mostly, there's information that I want to hold back, since the info hasn't yet been published by my partner. which is while I'll abstain from Chicago, LA and New Orleans (which would go back to the 1850's). Detroit I made awhile back for Scott, I wonder if he still has it.

Philly, yes, simple enough.

I was thinking of trying to do a 5 families pin up. I suppose it could be gradually updated as more information comes out.

Kinda going for the

effect.

Not to toot my own horn I really think the 1982 Philly Chart turned out spectacular and would like to do more period pieces like this.

I agree with regards to Chicago; way too tough. Maybe after some more info is compiled but that may take years, even with Faithful, Villain, and myself compiling files and info.

I was trying to find some of those old charts you did for Jiggy. Those were great. Loved the old-time decorative look. They might still be around on Reocities somewhere, but I couldn't find them.

But if you gentleman come up with something you want charted, I'll be more than happy to do it.

Thanks. I did them using a combination of photo frames found in old newspapers with 1920's colors and theme. I have the 1911 Camorra chart saved. I think everything else is lost.

The 1911 Camorra Chart I made years ago. The information, knowing more now, is not entirely accurate but does serve to present the court narritive. Antiliar we could make some early NY charts in this format. I will be doing this for the Camorra stuff but not anytime soon for obvious reasons.

More outstanding charts from the Chartboss.

Random thoughts:

- Some of the dates aren't perfect but that's my fault in some cases. I'll try to go through and fix the ones I noticed -- there aren't many.

- Not sure what the story is on Polizzi in the 1970s. Does anyone know when he came to the US? If it was while he was an adult, I'd say there is a good chance he was made in Sicily and transferred to the DeCavalcantes as some members are said to have done. This could be the reason he ended up with this family despite his connections pointing him closer to the Bonannos like his paesani Riela and Ganci. I can't see him being the acting boss that far back, though.

- Stefano Vitabile was in the admin by the mid-1970s but would be curious when/how he was made, as he must have been a member before the books were re-opened. He came over in 1955 when he was around twenty and his father Pietro was most likely already a member in Ribera. Seems possible he was made shortly after arriving in the US. The family doesn't seem to have made anyone between the early 1960s and the mid-1970s, but I'm not sure that the books were closed in 1957 like they were in NY. NY didn't start to crack down on Philly's inductions for example until Valachi officially flipped, so Vitabile and other DeCavs could have been made up to the early 1960s as far as we know.

- The earliest known captain is Frank Rizzo DeCavalcante, but he was based in Trenton during most of his time. They never had another Trenton captain though they had a couple other Trenton soldiers over the years. Sam doesn't seem to have inherited his father's crew, but instead moved to North Jersey following his father's death in order to assist his uncle in Elizabeth. How Frank DeCav ended up with this family is a good question.

- More random thoughts coming soon as usual. I've had some more thoughts on the origins of this family.

I have Frank Polizzi's file requested over a year now. When I get the results I'll hopefully find out his background and whether he was acting boss.
