I was with Lou this weekend. My girl is good friends with his daughter stina. I don't see Lou often but I see his daughter a lot. I've never talked street shit with him. He knows I've been around but it's never been the time or the place. He's a character. He gets what he wants wherever he goes and they treat him like he's God in long branch. He's not living the lifestyle he lives off of the income he pulls in from rocky's. His niece had a kid with Angelo ponte's nephew who I grew up with. The son of the guy that owns bareli's on rt 3 and recycle paperbiard and all America recycking. My buddy joe's dad is frank's son, angelo's brother.Rocco wrote:They were referring to Johhny D as Crime Boss of Bayonne Port rackets(which he was) lol NOT Boss of the Genovese Family. Also Westside leaders had Auricchio watching over DiGiilio for some time before they told Louie to whack him. According to the indictment Louis met with leaders in SI bakery. If he was an Associate he wouldn't be meeting with Leadership in NY . Keep in mind Auricchio immediately took over ALL of DiGilio's rackets after his murder and was in charge of DiGilio's entire crew up until he went away for the Tax Fraud case in which he beat serious Drug Dealing charges. Auricchio had a huge Cocaine Network. LE allege he moved 55-100lbs of coke. He owned 2 Strip Clubs and a couple restaurants at one point. He was a serious player back then for his age. With Pepe pushing 85 looking at jail sentence and Auricchio doing 20plus yrs and out now its pretty likely he will head that Bayonne crew. Most of the guys busted in Pepe's gambling case were all part of DiGilio's crew back in the early 80s. A friend from Nutley tells me Louie is a made guy with the Westside. Take it for what you want. He's been out since Dec 2011 and he is living in expensive condo in Long Branch has an interest in a few Restaurants and drives a 70k Mercedes around. No way he's legit!HairyKnuckles wrote:I don´t know, he could be made. But http://www.nj.gov/oag/newsreleases06/pr20061006b.html also says "Genovese crime boss John DiGilio". To me, that sounds like they overstated the case.Rocco wrote:His indictment lists him as a soldier. And everyone I talk with says he was made either before or right after the DiGilio murder. The only person to say he isn't is Picasso from RD which he really wouldn't know....HairyKnuckles wrote:Is Auricchio made?Rocco wrote:You can add soldier Louis Auricchio as released from prison in Dec 2011. He is supposedly in Pepe LaScala's crew(Old DiGilio crew) or acting for him now. Pepe's 84 now

Rocky's aint bring in that much money. Lou didn't do 27yrs in jail and not roll to come out and live off of the $70k a yr he makes form Rockys(he has a partner in the biz...maybe a few). I bet he is looking to get made by the westside. But allot has changed since he went away and allot of the top players from back in 1988 are long gone now.....

Re: The Genovese Crime Family
Well said. That's what I always wondered. He did all that time obviously to come home and be young enough to have a big piece of the pie. He's in ridiculous shape. But like you said, things are real different then they were when he went down and there's no honor among these thieves. Do people really give a fuck? I mean I've seen how he gets treated but what's his status and peoples opinions of him on the street? I'm not closely linked to that world enough to know anymore. People who are in that world aren't as talkative about that shit nowadays. I would love to know exactly where he stands with people and what he's actually into. Not exactly a conversation I wiuld start up with him when I see him lol. It's always around hid daughter and if I ever mentioned some shit like that I might be found like digilio.Rocco wrote:Rocky's aint bring in that much money. And Rockys is in seasonal place. Who's going there outside of the summer months? Maybe a few locals... Maybe.

Re: The Genovese Crime Family
Its not just the DiGilio murder he was tied to. But two other killings as well. We also plead out to beating one union official with a black jack and another union official with a 2x4 with nails in it. On the Johnny D hit. He shot him 4times in the back of the head. Got out the car walked around to the front and shot him again in the mouth for good measure. But he really acquired allot of wealth for a young guy back in the day moving multiple Kilo's a week. They were never able to get him dead rights on the Coke he was slinging (which is where he made pretty much all his money back then). And had he not been locked of for Tax Evasion prior to one of his guys (John Partell the guy who helped him try and remove JohnnDs teeth and brain matter from the car) there is no telling if he would have gotten along with Prisco. Who knows? The westside could want nothing to do with him for I know. He really cant hurt anyone as pretty much everyone in that old crew is dead , WPP or Jail. It would also be very risky for him to start moving that much coke again since most of those connections are probably long gone as well. What did I leave out? Oh yeah... newly made connections from prison.....? lol
Re: The Genovese Crime Family
He gets allot of Biz from the Monmouth College students. They hit the Vapor/Head shop down the road then Rockys for food. lol Its Rockys or Surf Taco...BobbyPazzo wrote:And Rockys is in seasonal place. Who's going there outside of the summer months? Maybe a few locals... Maybe.

Re: The Genovese Crime Family
Yeah he got hit in 88" Louis had a pending tax evasion case against him and plead out right after the murder pretty much. When he got indicted for the hit he was already in Fed Prison awhile for the Tax evasion case. So Louie had been in prison since late 88 or 89 ...never got out. plead out to the Digilio hit etc. He did a allot of time. Tax Evasion case was brought because they were unable to make a case against him for moving Coke.BobbyPazzo wrote:Yea I mean I was a baby (literally) when he was doing his thing. Re: The Genovese Crime Family
It's crazy because his daughter was born in 88. He literally spent no time with her until she was like 21. She rarely went to see him in prison although I've seen pictures of her with him while he was gone when she was really young. But when he came home, the condo in long branch made up for a lot. To this day they are always down there. We have kids now so not us as much but my sister in law is actually stina's best friend since they went to Paramus catholic together and she's there every weekend. They go to avenue and drink all day, hit ROckys after, and then they hit Lou's house for the after party. Not too many guys make it to Lou's as you could imagine. If you saw how people treat him down there it's like a movie. We were on the beach with him and so,e guys in 2011 and someone said something to stina and he went insane. We all had to literally hold him back. "I just did 20 something years and I'll go right the fuck back you mitherfucker." Look , I've been in prison, Passaic county jail, Essex county jail, the worst of the worst. I've been on 4 grand in Passaic county with literally all people facing murder charges(I got put there as punishment for an altercation with a CO, I had no business being there.) and I have seen what it's like to look a killer in his eyes and the difference between the overall behavior between the average person and someone who would kill without thinking... Lou has that look. He's very persobable and it's easy to like him but when he snapped, that was it. Not even that... Just certain things during regular dialogue that I noticed that made me realize this guy is different Ya know?Rocco wrote:Yeah he got hit in 88" Louis had a pending tax evasion case against him and plead out right after the murder pretty much. And yea I'll get the savoy, I usually order a few things when I go with friends and we all share almost like a family style thing but my wife is a vegetarian so I'll order the savoy and then we'll both get a seafood dish which we usually share. Sorry for multiple posts I don't know how to edit.

I'm glad he's out and made it thru 20 something long years. I used to work for him in the 80's when I was a teenage fuck up. He was the size of Lou Ferrigno back then, a fucking monster nobody would fuck with.
