This was very interesting. A plea agreement hearing is scheduled for next month. What else is DeLuca giving the State Police and Feds? His brother hasn't even been indicted which tells me that he may be talking about other hits he knew about...TBC

I've heard that Vito DeLuca was his older brother who I believe was made, but I'm not too familiar with Joseph DeLuca.

If he is talking, he could never be a witness at trial due to his prior obstruction of Justice charge. Any defense lawyer will destroy any credibility. He's strictly now "an information pipeline" and I'm willing to be there are more indictments that will eventually follow connected back to his pipeline. He was in the know for most matters. Shacks, St Laurent, Rossetti, the Dinunzio cheese eaters, Limone, Lato, and many others. His deal was to plead guilty to spare his brother. He's got to be a dumb fuck to lie initially to the Feds as he knew they were on the trail.
