Would they (some) care to construct one?
Well I appreciate being put in with those guys, but I know next to nothing about New England past or present. I can barely name any members outside of a few famous leaders.

Some oldfellas can come off the associate list as they have 'departed' in recent years:
- Thomas Palladino
- James Limone
- James Lamattina
- Joe Black Lamattina

You should add another Providence associate - Albino 'Albie' Folcarelli, not sure if he's made or not.

Hi Guys,

I received this email back from Target 12 investigative journalist Tim White of WPRI who has broken quite a few stories on the Rhode Island faction of LCN. This was his response to me regarding Anthony Parrillo, Joe Achille and Matty Guglielmetti:

Rumors are swirling. I’m not sure any information we get is 100% accurate, mainly because I don’t think it’s known on the street level. I’ve also heard Matty Guglielmetti was made boss, but that conflicts with other intelligence.
The structure is splintered and fluid right now. I will be interested to see if there is any reference to the current state of affairs by the feds as the Salemme trial moves forward.
But again, what I hear from my street-level sources conflicts with law enforcement.
So unfortunately I am not in a position to corroborate, though I did see the piece on Gangster Report.

Keep in touch.

This was my email to him:

Hi Tim,

I hope this email finds you well. I hope the summer was good to you and your family. We should definitely get together for dinner sometime soon. I recently just got a report that Anthony Parrillo was in fact elevated to a high position as Acting Boss within the family. Can you corraborate this? I've never seen any info that he was even a made member. Also, a news report came out that said Joe Achille was the new Consigliere which I cannot corraborate. Thanks for your time,

Warmest Regards,

This is the other email exchange I had with Tim White of WPRI of the Target 12 Investigative Team

Hi Tim,

I've had many conversations with Scott and he was always straight with me. He has been brutalized about those articles on Parrillo and Achille. Is Shacks back on the hill? Have you heard from or seen him? Also, I got some intell from a very credible source that Peter Limone has been battling dementia, have you heard the same thing?

Here is Tim's Response to my other email:

I have heard rumors about Limone slipping but haven't confirmed them since he has stepped aside and has not been active or seen around. I like reading Scott. I can understand why he might be getting blowback on the Parillo stuff, because again, there are many people who have different information. Right now I steer clear of reporting who’s in the top spot because it’s too fluid. Some in law enforcement say Parillo isn’t a made guy. But I don’t know for sure either way.

JCB1977, I don't think Tim White is right about Matty or Anthony P. And one other thing Anthony P is not in jail

He wasn't trying to be right, he was reporting what his sources told him but clearly said "it depends on who you talk to." He's broken some of the biggest stories on the Patriarca's, so I will always hold his info in high regard. Sources come from many different angles, it's plausible. He admits that rumors are swirling and any info they get is not 100% accurate. In regards to Matty, he clearly stated that street sources said Matty was boss while LE conflicts and that he was in no position to corroborate anything. And in regards to Parrillo, all he mentioned that was LE sources say he is NOT a made guy.

JCB1977, Tim White may have reported big stories on the Patriarca's , But he is not always right on what he says, and that is a fact

I'm not arguing with you but you stated two things and said he was wrong. He NEVER mentioned Parrillo being in jail or out of jail. And more importantly, he said information coming from different sources is NOT 100% accurate. He never claimed to be right about anything, he was simply stating that "it depends on who you ask" in regards to the leadership. In his mention of Matty G, he even stated that other sources conflict with the source who stated he was the Boss in Providence. If you read his replies back to me, you would see that he is simply saying that nobody knows anything right now and that the Salemme trial may open a few doors.

Where's IRA when you need him? Any other New England mob watchers here?

I'm here JCB, but I got nothing:) You know more than I do. All appears to be generally quiet with the Cheeseman etc. Maybe they are finally smartening up, probably not.

I would doubt Baby Shacks is partaking in anything anymore. I'd imagine once his restrictions are up (which should be close to being over now I think) he would be going back to Florida. I could see Matty G being boss of Providence, but no way I see him being over the whole show.
If I didn't have my case coming up, I would like to come back with you gentlemen when this is over with and really lay the law down what is going on in this country.....
