Im pretty sure phat was just saying that the examples of "$200 for a year" and "$1000 for five" are retarded. Which they are.
And also... Doesnt anyone know about the old folk community in florida who live off there pills from doctors? Selling yours scripts is huge.
Also, like phat was saying, ya u may get caught eventually doing a 200$ deal... But hopefully id assume u did 100 more deals where u didnt get caught.

Yes I'm sorry if I'm confusing anyone. My original comment was stating that a personal script selling to your buddies is not going to amount in fed time. I get what the dudes doing.. It's just aggravating that he some how feels the need to explain it every post over and over. Maybe I'm the one that's not being clear, if that's the case I apologize. My main message was just that if a person is not dealing in mass quantity of pills then it's more likely they will not receive those huge fines and huge jail times as someone else posted.

I apologize PhatMattress, I thought you were referring to the money made from the sale, because the comment came directly after me and strocco had responded to SonnyBlackstein. I now see what you mean. For the record , me and stroccos were agreeing and arguing SonnyBlackstein's point that theres no way you'd see that amount of federal time for selling your own personal prescribed pills and that'd you'd see more than $200 per sale. So I actually agreed with what you've actually been arguing the whole time, the confusion came with me and the timing of your post. My bad.

I feel stupid, now.

Youre not getting 5-10 years for selling your prescribed oxycodone pills with your own damn name on them, thats the point, whether you think its crazy or not, your opinion isnt based in reality. As I said , I've been stopped and searched with my pills on me by Nassau County Police, among the douchiest cops on Long Island . And they let me go, I didnt go to a precint , I didnt spend any time sitting in a jail, nothing happened. Like Phats was trying to say before I completely misunderstood, youre not getting that time or those fines for selling your own extra prescribed pills , unless youre trying to make an enterprise out of it and selling shit online, or like I said , unless youre trying to make a real racket out of it, crew of peddlers and all. And if youre stopped with a pill bottle , whether its full or half empty, with a grand in your pocket, how the hell are they going to know whether its intent to sell or not when YOUR NAME is printed on the bottle , along with your picture ID that you show them? They can't.

I learned my lesson, that was also almost ten years ago. I was a kid then and not the man I am today. I have a total different out look on life. What your pulling up are the absolute Maxiums. When I got busted my absolute max out was a threat of up to 30 to life and a million dollars in fines. I got a 2-4 they had two solid sales on me directly to an undercover drug agent, then when I was picked up I had 78 individual bags on me. I did under two and had to pay about 4 grand in fines... A very long way from the absolute maximum. The original plan was to bust me to get me to work for them. Never did that... Puts your life in danger your prison jail time exp horrible and most of the time all the promises thy make you go up in smoke... I've seen it happen to other people. It wasn't worth ratting on some "hilltop crip" from homewood (Pittsburgh's answer to cess pool of a neighborhood, it's 98 percent black) those idiots will shoot you or they will get some little kid to do it. I had close to a thousand dollar a day operation of course I majntained a couple hundred dollar a day habit. This is by no means bragging bc in the long run I'm serving a life sentence by being a felon. So many doors are shut once you get that label. I disowned that lifestyle and maintain a sober life with the help of AA. Some people say this and that but I could care less I have to stay sober for myself my family and so many other things. The risk of getting caught is not worth it at all... So i totally agree with what your saying (doesn't happen often)

Man , sorry for what you had to go through Phats. You're right , my once or twice a month op was nothing compared to a grand a day . I had some associates who once they saw the money I'd made in a sale , tried to get me to do the same . But with me having to take them as well , I couldnt afford that and never entertained the thought .

When u get arraigned on any charge the judgw always saya exactly what u quoted "uv been charged w blah blah and can serve up to x amount of years"

Once uv done that u choose to either fight ur case or take sentence.

If one chooses to plead guilty and take sentence they gp to the pre trial plead guilty and get a date for sentencing.

In between those dates u do a PSI report which is a point system where u get guidelines of what ur real minimum and maximum sentence is.

So... Thats just a brief rundown of how it goez
