Out here in Long Island, Heroin cut with Fentanyl is the craze now . And the fiends are aware of what their shooting up , and they opt for Heroin mixed with Fentanyl , so you cant really say its shit drugs , its not like its being cut with some shit the buyers dont know about , they opt to buy that shit . And its also only prevalent in the white communities in Suffolk County and only parts of Nassau , those bringing it into those communities and selling it, are whites, selling mostly to white buyers...So idk about that shine stuff.
The Carfentanyl , is also being pushed out here now too , but its a newer thing and again , its only prevalent in the white communities , as the blacks out here don't really risk being caught with H on them, and the fiends in those communities everyone knows , and they don't buy that shit from within the community . Crack? Yes . Heroin ? Not in a lot of cases , theres few dealers who sell H in the black communities in Long Island , and in a lot of cases , they're small groups affiliated with one another .
