Money distribution
I know associated kick up to soldiers who then kick to there captains. My question is once the capo's kick up to the adminsitration how is that money distibuted between the boss . Underboss and consigliere ??

I believe its a case by case basis. As in sometimes UB have a soldier/crew/ even associate right under them reporting there earnings.
Id like to know in more recent times... Are admins capos as well?
That can get a little sticky bc things like the corrozo situation can get in where hes believed to be a "de facto capo"
But members such as frank cali, or crea and mancuso who have said to run the bx crews... Now that they are admins did they pass down there crews when they step up like it is supposed to go?

There is no way of knowing any of this for certain...each family is different.
In Pittsburgh,m they operated like a Camorra. They had territory bosses who were the de facto heads of their geographic territory. A percentage was kicked up to the Boss and the boss then distributed to his UB and Consigliere. Each territory boss received a percentage from the soldiers and associates.
