I know for a fact that when Tony Sirico was in Youngstown for the filming of Ray Mancini's movie called Turn of Faith, he had dinner at the Fireplace Restaurant with Paulie Holawatick (Joey Naples Bodyguard/driver) and former bookmaker Sammy Vona. I'm sure Tony Sirico knew what had just transpired in Youngstown at that time...Plus, I know for a fact that he went with Ray Mancini down to Steubenville to visit the longtime home of Dino Crocetti aka Dean Martin. Ray Mancini is married to Tina Romeo, Paul Romeo Sr.'s granddaughter.

Maybe JCB knew this because The Fireplace was a popular South side tavern and he may have been there in person when Ray, Paulie and Sammy were there. I know that JCB knows Paulie and maybe he knows Sam too. If JCB approached the table to say "Hi' then he would have been introduced. One of them may have told them that they were going to go to Steubenville while Tony was in town. The fact that Ray married Paul Romeo's daughter was no secret. It seems like if you, not you personally, can't Google this shit up, it didn't happen

Let's just say a lot did happen in Northeast Ohio and it was known to a wide group of people who talked amonst themselves and people that were trusted.

My family and the Romeo family are inter-related and Paulie Holawatick has lunch with my dad once a week at Crickets Bar, his son's joint. Plus, Tina Romeo Mancini showed us some pictures.

Things were different in small town "Families"

yes they were... In the allegheny and mahoning valley the Mafia were viewed as a second govt... And everyone had connections like when people post charts and put in the "Altoona" faction they don't realize that Altoona is hours and well over a 100 miles from Pittsburgh... Like I said my dad had connections in Lakewood Ohio and I doubt he ever met a made man in his life... But so many were connected in so many ways... So many different ways... The Pittsburgh and Cleveland mobs operated very differently from the traditional New York Mafia. Almost more in the ways of the Chicago mob as in having territory bosses and lesser made men with tons and tons of associates.

KC is certainly an interesting family. One that may or may not be around. I can't say the same for STL or Milwaukee

Cleveland and the Irish-Italian crews remind me of a smaller version of New England
