thanks cuz. i just saw it. i'd be shocked if they gave him bail. honestly he should get it but it'll never happen because of who he is. im no fanboy its just petty shit. i honestly can't believe this is what they went after him for. i expected them to come for him but for something substantial. i guess LE got impatient and had enough of him flaunting so they just hit him with whatever they could to make his life a living hell. it's a broken record but he is a real jerkoff for behaving the way he does. it's ridiculous. anyone who's been anywhere close to the street knows you don't do shit like that and anyone who's in the street should know better than to fuck with him when he is one huge COP MAGNET! you would think seasoned guys like Parello would know better. rocco... i thought we were gonna see joey perna's name in this indictment once i heard joey and ny/nj guys. all the pictures of them together on instagram. imagine joey p in bayside getting legal mail with that indictment !!!

That would be some funny shit. I don't think they had Joint rackets. But I think that Lil Joe might be a bit of a Joey Merlino fan himself for hanging with the guy. And I always thought Merlino exploited that relationship as a way to get at Scarfo Jr. I know lil joe's uncle and old man probably don't like that fact he is around a high profile guy like Merlino. I would imagine Lil Joe has had many discussions with his elders against having any joint biz ventures with Merlino. Driving around in a fucking white convertible Rolls Royce? Who the fuck would wanna be around that guy? I would have to imagine that its one Patsy's younger guys that brought him around Joey . The Feds have sent every wired up guy they got to S FL since Joey got out . I guess they figure send a wired up guy down there that is around an old school NY guy like Patsy and Merlino would bite. Looks like he did. The whole east coast mob partnership was probably brokered by a wired up CW and the Feds. lol I say that because the whole indictment is so fuckin unusual that it must have been a creation of the Feds and they arrested the guys that took the bait..

Interesting that no other Philly guys were indicted and if more charges are coming for Merlino based on the tapes.

I agree with you Phatmatress777. The reason the govt goes after organized crime so hard is because they dont want the competition. Face it,our own US govt is more crooked and corrupt than any of these guys. Drugs,alcohol,tobacco,porn and a million other things are wrong unless they are getting there cut. The reason i read and watch LCN things is for the simple fact that these guys have the balls to say fuck the govt. The feds cant stand it when a guy is flashy like Merlino or Gotti and they cant bust them. The feds gave Gravano whatever he wanted just so they could get Gotti. I agree. Based on that new article they got allot or tape with him on it. Maybe the boys in Philly weren't sending him enough money to live on? Wow....I hadn't seen that.

The guy who ran the Yonkers club was Anthony Zinzi, one of the ballsiest guys to ever come out of Belmont. Hard to believe it would be him. He was indeed Patsy's number 2 though. He should have been made years ago, but had problems with junk going back over the years and multiple convictions for it. Almost unbelievable.

Now, as I'm thinking about this, there was another guy who was Zinzi's partner back in the 80's who moved down to Fla not too long ago....I'm not sure if he had the Yonkers Club at any point, but it would make more sense than Zinzi going bad. Plus Zinzi was named in the indictment.

Based on the indictment it cant be Anthony Zinzi because he is listed as a defendant in the case ...like you said. Has to be his partner. He probably got jammed up with the feds. Then the feds sent him down to FL to record Merlino. I would have to imagine that this CW and Skins were not the only wired up guys the feds have attemped to record Merlino. But this is the one that managed to get him on the wire. The old saying you throw enough of them against the wall...one is bound to stick...
