This indictment isn't really about an Outfit Juice Operation. It's about Carparelli and a few musclemen trying to collect debts for Mark Dziuban who is a shady legitimate business guy that knew Carparelli and hired him and his guys as muscle to collet some debts owed to his Printing Company.
Carparelli did this free lance on his own with some muscle guys independent of the Cicero Crew.
Carparelli is basically a loud mouth idiot and this further goes to prove that this Blue Collar muscle bullshit doesn't work anymore in 2014 for numerous reasons. Guys getting muscled are not afraid to run the the Feds anymore. It's been this way since at least 2000.
Mark Dziuban, Carparelli and his other guys still thinks it's 1974.

I think your right that this indictment wasn't directly related to the outfit but carparelli for sure has handled similar things for solly d has discussed in the article I can't figure out who solly d's supposed partner Micky d is, anyone know?

The one guy I can think of would be Mickey Marcello, who would relay orders from Jimmy, his half brother.
Maybe the Feds misunderstood the "D" part. Other than that, I honestly have no fuckin' idea who a Mickey D would be.

Another possibility could have been Mike Sarno since Mickey could be a nickname for Micheal.
Your guess is as good mine. The "D" is what throws everything off but maybe they used that letter on purpose so as not to be so specific.
The "D" could be a letter that stands for a word that is an inside joke of some sort.

I'm sure the G tried to put solly d in this case based on the tapes and any sentence could be the end at his age. Well, because of guys like this bragging on tape is probably one of the big reasons why No Nose walked away 15 years ago or so. Yeah you got it when no nose got out of the can in 94 he really only gave orders through his brother and limited his involvement he would still occasionally meet with the clown, joey a, and Marco d'amico but all those guys were also trying to lay low and not be meeting with hoods all the time. Worked out all those guys have stayed out of trouble except of course the clown having that seifert hit come back to haunt him after all those years

It's possible that Carparelli is telling the truth on tape and not just bragging.
Carparelli is almost like a young version of Solly D.
Solly D. didn't have to ever be involved. His family was wealthy.
Solly D. got involved because he WANTED to be an Outfit guy in the worst way, kind of like Carparelli.

Sometimes it doesn't matter if your family is wealthy you have to get involved in order to protect your families interest depending on what line of work it is.
